1. General Terms
1.1. These purchase rules are intended to provide information about UAB “Decoflux” (“Seller”) and to state the terms and conditions of sale of Goods sold in this online store (“Rules”) for persons who purchase goods (“Goods”) in the online store (“Buyer”).
1.2. These Rules apply to the conclusion of any contract between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale of Goods (“Contract”). Before placing an order for any Products in the Online Store, please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand them properly. Please note that before completing the order, the Buyer must agree to these Rules and the Privacy Policy, and if they refuse to do so, the completion of the order and the ordering of the Product are not possible.
2. Information about the Seller
2.1. These Rules apply to the purchase of Goods at https://decoflux.com/. The seller is Decoflux UAB, legal entity code 300619436, address: Laisvės al. 73, Kaunas. The VAT payer code of the seller is LT100004793918.
3. Cancellation of the Contract (Return of Goods)
3.1. The Buyer has the right, without giving a reason, to withdraw from the contract (return the goods) within 14 days (Article 6,228 (10) of the Civil Code), with the exception of the exceptions provided for in Section 2 of this article. The money paid, including the delivery costs paid by the buyer, is returned to the Buyer within 14 days from the day of the Buyer’s notification of withdrawal from the contract; however, the Seller may not issue a refund until the item is received. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer.
4. Quality of Goods
4.1. The Seller guarantees the quality of the Goods (legal quality guarantee). The legal quality guarantee is valid for two years from the date of purchase of the product.
5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedure
5.1. The Buyer has the right to use the non-judicial procedure for complaints and compensation for damages in resolving other disputes between the Seller and the user (CC 6.2287 art. 1 d. 16 p.). The Buyer, who believes that their rights have been violated, must contact the Seller in writing and outline their requirements no later than three months from the day of the violation. The Seller must examine the request free of charge within 14 days at the latest and provide a detailed, motivated written answer based on documents. If the problem cannot be solved, the Buyer has the right to apply to the entity that resolves consumer disputes out of court (State Consumer Rights Protection Service, address Goštauto g. 12, Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or to the court. The user can submit requests or complaints regarding possible violations of consumer rights on the consumer dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.

How to place an order in the online shop?
- Find the product you like in the search or in the selected category.
- Add the product you like to the basket.
- To complete your shopping, select the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.
- When the purchase page opens, enter the discount code, if you have one.
- You will be presented with several delivery methods – choose the most acceptable option.
- Provide correct information about yourself and enter your correct e-mail address. If you are logged in to a Decoflux account, enter your login details: username and password.
- If you’re a new user, enter your billing and shipping information correctly. If your billing and shipping addresses match, please confirm this by checking the box below the form provided.
- Choose a payment method and make a payment. Check the box if an invoice is required.
- Enjoy your purchase.
How to find out if my order is being processed?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail provided at registration after the bank notifies us of a successful payment transaction. If you do not receive an email, please contact us by phone or email info@decoflux.com. After delivery/collection, you will receive an invoice by email within 5 days, if you have requested it.
Is it necessary to register to be able to shop online?
You do not have to register, but you will need to fill in personal data, which we will protect in accordance with the law. Please note that being a registered user will make it easier for you to place future orders, you will receive loyalty points that you can exchange for discounts at any time, and you will be the first to receive special and personalized offers.
Is it possible to order another way?
You can also order Decoflux products by email: eshop@decoflux.com. Once the product has been selected and payment has been made, the Buyer is informed of the order confirmation by email. The order is fulfilled when the goods are delivered to the Buyer or collected from Decoflux brand stores, depending on the Buyer’s choice at the time of purchase. It is essential to provide the correct personal details at the time of ordering: first name, last name, delivery address, telephone number, and email address. An invoice is issued at the Buyer’s request.
